IP Telephony Cabling

Modern telephone systems have moved from analogue to IP — and with that shift, the cabling specification required has increased significantly. The majority of new telephone systems are VoIP, requiring a minimum of Cat5e with most commercial projects now specifying Cat6 or Cat6A. Wi-Fi Access Point Cabling

Wi-Fi access point bandwidth requirements have grown exponentially, and the network cabling that supports them must keep pace. 10-gigabit backbone cabling is now standard on modern Wi-Fi deployments, with many systems requiring a dual Cat6A cable installation to each access point. CCTV Cabling

The vast majority of CCTV installations in the Cayman Islands now use IP cameras, which must run over a professionally installed and certified structured cabling infrastructure. Many IP cameras also use Power over Ethernet (PoE), drawing both power and data through a single Ethernet cable. A poorly installed or untested cabling system will degrade CCTV performance and reliability — CSC ensures every installation is fully certified.
